The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

It really is the most wonderful time of the year!!! I love Christmas as it reminds us of the miracle of miracles that took place that first Christmas morning when God became flesh as Jesus was born in Bethlehem. As a family we love celebrations especially at Christmas. The lights, the trees, the food, the hustle and bustle and all of the get togethers have brought great joy throughout the years. For us it really is the most wonderful time of the year. Beyond the activities, it’s also a great time to renew our focus, rest our bodies and souls, and get fresh vision for the year ahead. But most of all it is time to be thankful. The Lord has been good to us! And He has done great things in, through, and for all of us in 2018. I am thankful for His presence that always seems to increase. Jesus is so amazing and continues to keep me in a place of awe. When I think of all of the salvations, healings, miracles, and special touches from heaven it simply blows my human mind. I am honored that He has called me and our family to reveal His heart all over the world. This year I have traveled close to 250 days, flew more than 375,000 miles and got to share the love of Jesus and word of God on 5 continents where we ministered to tens of thousands of people. It really feels like I am living a dream. Here is one of my favorite testimonies the year: “Hi David, I just wanted to say thank you to you for being the awesome man of God that you are. When you Preached at Riverlife Baptist on Fathers Day, you changed my life for the better. Then when you prayed for me after the service, a miracle happened. I had been having very real issues with depression and stress and anxiety and the main problem was that it was starting to affect my heart and body. I'd been having incredible pains all over but mostly in my heart. When you prayed for me you first placed your hand on my heart and the physical and emotional pain immediately dispersed. Two weeks on and still no pain. My faith is back after a very long absence and I feel safe in God's arms again. So thank you for taking the time to come to Australia to be the vessel for the Lord to save me with. Your Sermon hit me pretty hard and has created instant change. Life is amazing again. Thanks also for praying for my son. He is my number 1 and my miracle boy. He told me that Sunday morning that we needed to go to church, he is 11 and I hadn't been to church since before he was born. So as you can see, it was a very powerful morning. God bless you.” These are the moments that we remember why we do what we do! As we step into this amazing week leading up to Christmas I want to encourage you to take some time and focus on the miracle of Immanuel “God with Us”. Remember where He found you, saved you and all of the times He has shown up in your life. May the love of Jesus surround you this holiday season! Molly and I along with our family want to wish you a very Merry Christmas! In the Fathers love, David
